Note to participants: Your name and email address will be included in the conference participant list, but we cannot guarantee your name will be included on the list if you register after June 10, 2022. The conference is a public event. Any photos and video taken at the conference may be used by the East-West Center on the website and/or in future EWC publications.

Cancellation Policy: Requests for refunds (minus US$25 for each individual registered) must be received by email to the EWC Office of Alumni Engagement by May 31, 2022. No refunds will be issued after May 31, 2022.

If it is determined unsafe to convene the conference in-person and the conference is cancelled, registration fees collected will be 100% refundable.

In order to attend and participate in-person, you must agree to the EAST-WEST CENTER COVID-19 ASSUMPTION OF RISK, LIABILITY WAIVER, AND RELEASE OF CLAIMS FOR PARTICIPATION IN EWC ACTIVITIES AND EVENTS and comply with the COVID-19 Safety Policy.
